Different stands are available and this XL Motorized Mobile Stand is the one I'm reviewing in this video ✅ Many people have reached out to me and had great thing to say about the XL Motorized Mobile Stand ✅ The stand has the benefit that you can move it, and that it can fit up to four BioMax 900s, which is double that of most other stands. The stand is also targeted more towards the professional user such as clinics, but as a residential use you can also buy one of course ✅ To set up the stand, I took about 2 hours, which is quite a long time. I also recommend getting all your panels setup before you're setting up the XL Motorized Mobile Stand as it becomes more difficult afterwards. The setup afterwards is pretty sturdy though ✅ The stand comes with a remote which allows you to lower or heighten the panels from the floor. The stand can go up to about 5 feet high, or 1.60 meters ✅ PlatinumLED now also sells another remote, the $99 USD "BioMax Total Control System" ✅ My experience with the stand is that it's really nice to be able to relax - I've always used these panels standing up but with this setup, it's much better. Laying down is much nicer than I expected. From a few inches away I felt a bit claustrophobic though ✅ Moving the stand is easy as it comes with wheels and you can also push it over a bed. The downside here is that if you're using this stand, you're not leaving the panels over the bed after treatment, and it takes up quite a lot of space actually. I personally prefer the horizontal setup for that reason ✅ But, keep in mind that I've got four BioMax 900s - with smaller or fewer panels the setup would take up much less space. The manual adequately describes these variations. You can also switch from horizontal to vertical and back to save storage space ✅ The BioMax XL Motorized Horizontal Stand does cost a lot of money but is it worth it? To me, the $699 is quite pricey and you're not getting that much more from other stands, just the motorized option. On the other hand, the ability to adjust the height can make a big difference, as adjusting the height with the other stands I've tried is trickier ✅ Nevertheless, the size is still the biggest downside for me with this stand or most other stands ✅ Now, after using this BioMax XL Motorized Mobile Stand for a week. But after testing this product for a bit longer. Again, my experience is that it's really relaxed when I'm laying on a bed. Also, you really do need the remote as it's impossible to adjust things easily if you're laying under the stand.
